Tests Show Most Store Honey Isn’t Honey

I've been on sort of a kick lately. I've been trying to embrace nature. Now I'm not tree hugging (not that there's anything wrong with that) or bird watching but making a consorted effort eat better and use natural ingredients more often. Honey is one of my latest and greatest efforts. Come to find out though that not all honey was created equally or purified equally or for that matter...even honey {{gasp}}.
